Almi at IFFA 2025: Successful presentation of innovative solutions for the food industry

From 3 to 8 May 2025, Almi GmbH presented a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for modern food production at IFFA in Frankfurt - the leading international trade fair for the meat and protein industry. At our booth, trade visitors were able to experience first-hand how Almi impresses with flavour, function and innovation.

Focus on trends - tomorrow's solutions today

The trade fair presentation centred on forward-looking topics such as clean label, salt reduction, high-protein concepts and hybrid product solutions. Among other things, Almi presented new ready-made meals, convenience ideas and targeted solutions for the catering industry. The wide range of products for the sausage and meat industry was also very well received by visitors.

Customised solutions - flexible and customer-oriented

Visitors to the trade fair particularly appreciated Almi's strong customer focus: all product solutions can be individually and precisely tailored to the customer's specific requirements - from the initial idea to the final implementation.

Tasting as a highlight

A special highlight were the tastings directly at the exhibition stand. Visitors were able to experience the flavour, consistency and quality of Almi products for themselves and talk to international sales staff and experienced technologists.
