Almi looks back on an exciting and successful participation in this year's TecnoLácteos y TecnoCárnicos in Bogotá. From May 25–26, together with our partner Tepuy Químicos, we presented innovative solutions for dairy and meat processing technology and held numerous discussions with trade visitors from across the region.
During the trade fair appearance, the focus was on functional emulsions, innovative meat and convenience concepts, aromatic marinades, and international chorizo specialties. With our broad product range and tailor-made developments that are precisely aligned with individual requirements, we support producers in creating products with outstanding quality, efficiency, and sensory profile.
